Pharmacy Weight Loss Paddock is a GPhC registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic based in Paddock, UK. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511) and operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and clinical guidelines.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in the professional judgement of our pharmacist or prescriber, it is not appropriate or safe for you. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. A prescription will not be issued automatically upon request. Our prescribers will review your consultation and may request additional information or decline to prescribe where clinically appropriate.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy. We do not issue paper prescriptions for weight loss medications without clinical justification. You must notify us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history before each order.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other approved payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in GBP.
We do not store your full payment card details. Transactions are processed securely via our approved payment provider. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are subject to courier availability and may be affected by public holidays or exceptional circumstances.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you or by third-party courier services.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in line with UK medicines legislation.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. If you experience a product fault or delivery error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the matter promptly.
The information provided on our website and through our consultation process is for informational purposes and does not replace personalised medical advice from your GP or specialist. We strongly recommend you inform your GP of any treatments prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and potential side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information supplied with your medication and to contact us or seek emergency medical attention if you experience adverse effects.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
